Easy system for when they want you, little harder to see an actual doctor with the "Nurse led practice" methodology

The reason for the review was not stated and only covered one of the three medical conditions that I suffer. The nice young lady had no medical experience and could not speak knowledgeably about my Emphacyma or my other conditions MS, urinary and their interaction. Answering a pre planned set of questions could have all been done via an email or online. No value add for me to go to surgery. I have a specialist team for Urology and another for Respiratory although I have been abandoned by Addenbrooks for MS support.
