Having a doctor constantly clock watching is very unnerving when trying to discuss anything with them.
I have complex medical problems and rather than listening properly is constantly looking at his wrist watch really does not help me at all.
I require doctors to be patient with me as my memory can deteriorate quickly.

I must admit, that I have always been treated very well at Newland Surgery. All the doctors have excellent skills with a good work ethos and bedside manner. I trust them implicitly
