I am generally fit and healthy so rarely attend the practice. When I do use the service I have always found staff most helpful found that the diagnosis of problem has been thorough found that the treatment provided has "fixed" the issue In each of these instances Dr Phelan has been brilliant

Having a doctor constantly clock watching is very unnerving when trying to discuss anything with them. I have complex medical problems and rather than listening properly is constantly looking at his wrist watch really does not help me at all. I require doctors to be patient with me as my memory can deteriorate quickly.
