Called at 8.30 am and I was readily and cheerfully given a same day appointment, which was on time.

1.Friendly and helpful could not be better. 2.I am still alive thanks to the N.H.S because sometime ago I could not have had it without the hospital car service which was not then privatised.

Good. Instant dispensing. Could be improved. Television should be off - It is extremely annoying.
