My visit to the doctor was very good. I did not wait long and my problem diagnosed quickly. No problems here. However the system being used for appointments is very frustrating and not easy to book. This is not patient friendly. Having to phone on the day is ridiculous. Everyone tries to phone at 8 o'clock, by 9.30 there are no please so another call is needed next day. Also trying yo book an appointment for a less urgent problem is even worse.
