I wanted to compliment a member of staff, one of your nurses called Danielle...she was extremely lovely & professional. I had an appointment for a smear test & she made the whole process very relaxing, simple & as easy as possible, I had high anxiety about the procedure but she reassured me & made it all 10x easier & she was very understanding & patient. Very informative also! Top nurse & a credit to the nhs! Thanks Danielle!
