The lady I spoke 2 on reception this afternoon was so helpful and understanding. I picked my daughter up from nursery and she needed an appointment to be seen as she was in a lot of pain with her eye. The receptionist did all she could 4 us and managed to squeeze us in that afternoon. Great service. Never had any probs with Newland Surgery.
