My last experience with the surgery was the fact that I needed a home visit. I got through to the receptionist without much trouble and an appointment was made for a nurse practitioner to attend. It was not long before Marie attended and she was like a breath of fresh air. Her examination was thorough and first class. She suggested some medication which was sent to the pharmacy that day. I had to have a visit from a doctor and Dr.Ruaux Attended and again the examination was first class and the prescribed medication arrived without delay. We have been with the practice for 41 years and in that time we have found it nothing but outstanding and we wish them well in this very hard times that the NHS is going through.

After waiting 20 minutes on the phone I spoke to a receptionist who said a doctor would call back. I stressed I would not be available until after 1030 hours. So the call was made at 0935. What was the point of this, arrogance on behalf of the Doctor if u r not their that's your problem. A very uncaring attitude. Disappointing does not cover it. So today we start again!!

The only way i can make an appointment at this surgery is to take at least a whole morning off of work, I'm driving from 8 in the morning and company policy does not allow me to make or accept calls by any means. For the love of god something has got to change!!! I'm desperate to see a doctor!!!

Absolute disgrace!!! I agree with HP comments. Also, the admin team behave as if they are qualified medical professionals requesting discussions of personal sensitive details in open reception and commenting on decisions of a clinical nature. Some of the better doctors I’ve seen in the past have been excellent but have now left. I wonder why??? Hmmm? Probably because the standard of care administered is way below NHS standards? Anyway safe yourself the trouble and find register with another surgery!

I found the service excellent from Contacting the Receptionists first thing, to the telephone consultation, and to the appointment with the Dr all in the same day, that is why I would recommend the surgery to others for the excellent customer service The Surgery is also very clean and spacious and relaxing to sit and wait to be seen
