Can't thank the surgery enough for being so helpful & obliging in dealing with my daughter's medical report needed for her army application. From the Practice Manager to the secretary, GP & receptionists, they were all so accommodating in actioning our request so speedily. At no point did the team make us feel like we were being a nuisance!

New Hayesbank has always met my needs as a patient. The staff are receptive and understanding and the appointment system has worked well. However, recently it has been very difficult to contact the surgery all morning as their phone system has been consistently engaged or left in a queue for long periods of time. I am aware this may be a seasonal blip but on two occasions I have had to personally visit the surgery to book an appointment.
Please don't spoil a good service and resolve this issue.
I had an appointment for a very severe sore throat and neck ache. The first doctor I saw, told me nothing was wrong and I should just rest. Two days later I returned because my symptoms got worse. A different doctor saw me and immediately informed me that I have tonsilitis and prescribed me with penicillin. I am ver disappointed in the system because if I had not returned, I would not have been diagnosed.
Very simple easy to use auto appointment system, apppointment offered for same day, follow up appointment made by doctor during consultation
I highly recommend this practice. All of the staff, are friendly, and helpful.
Well run very efficient surgery. If only all GP Surgeries had the same high standards.
