Share review of New Hayesbank Surgery
This surgery few good doctors, the rest is just average NHS standard, that is, poor.
The recent policy of triaging by phone is annoying, and I personally believe is dangerous. Doctors should not be taking the risk on human lives.
My worst experience recently was that I had booked an appointment for something (waiting time: two weeks), and in the meantime something else had developed. I naturally thought to share both things with the doctor within the same session, but I was told my the doctor visiting me that I had to choose only topic, and I was to decide which was more important (without even telling him a bit about the two). It turns out I left out the more serious issue, which represented itself after 2 weeks: it was an anaphylactic shock. Thank God, not of a serious intensity.
I find it dramatic that a doctor knew a patient has an issue but would tell them to please book another appointment to discuss it. How do they even sleep at night?
