Share review of New Hayesbank Surgery
I have been with this surgery on and off for about twelve years, but my most common experiences are a minimum of 2 weeks or not at all, for an appointment, as this can only be because there are not enough doctors available per patient. (patients per available doctor hour is probably quite low in comparison to most surgeries)
Also, in my last 6 appointments I have seen 5 different doctors, mainly due to the same doctor being unavailable on the only day that appointments were available (2weeks away) so continuation of care is almost impossible.
Queueing next to a post for a receptionist is like being at school, could do with re-addressing
The requirement to tell a receptionist, details of your illness, I feel, is wrong and should not be asked of you, in any circumstances.
Known about delays should be broadcast, I turned up ten minutes early for my last appointment and was seen thirty minutes after my due time, this should be known and passed on either at booking in or on your screen system.
