Today I phoned the surgery to get an appointment for my Father. I was using my mobile so I was aware how long the process would take me. I was impressed how quickly I was talking to someone. That person was Karen S. I have never before encountered such a helpful and positive receptionist at this surgery or indeed my own, which for your information is out of your area. Her customer care and understanding of my need was excellent. What a breath of fresh air it was for somebody to take control in a positive and professional manner. She is an asset to your practice.
