The appointment system at this surgery is broken. It is so frustrating not to be able to make a future appointment. Unless you have time to sit by the phone on redial at 8am there is no chance of getting any advice. No allowances made for busy professionals. This system may work for emergencies but any non urgent situations are impossible to get resolved. I feel sorry for the receptionists having to triage the patients. This should not be part of their job description but booking future appointments should be.
