After waiting 20 minutes on the phone I spoke to a receptionist who said a doctor would call back. I stressed I would not be available until after 1030 hours. So the call was made at 0935. What was the point of this, arrogance on behalf of the Doctor if u r not their that's your problem. A very uncaring attitude. Disappointing does not cover it. So today we start again!!
