Signed up recently, was a bit nervous after reading some bad reviews:
Sign up was easy, have got straight through on the phone each time I've called.
Receptionists very busy (so many ppl to deal with) but perfectly helpful and friendly.
Haven't had to see a doctor so can't comment on treatment, had an initial apt with a nurse (general checkup and welcome) - all good and no delays on the day.
Easy and free parking outside.
Have booked in jab for travel and got straight through on phone.
Seems clean and tidy.
Pleased so far.
