I was referred from my surgery and given an appointment at the Miami clinic, which was fine as I can get there easily, the only problem was I waited an hour but I can understand the doctors are busy, perhaps the receptionists can let you know if the doctors are running behind slightly, only because I had to get off to work, other than that it was fine! Great if you can't get an appointment at your normal surgery

I telephoned my GP at midday knowing all the appointments for that day would have gone and was offered an appointment within 10 minutes following a telephone consultation with my GP - great service and such an improvement!
