My GP surgery has become very busy and it is difficult to get an appointment. Having felt unwell for the past week I did manage to speak to a GP on the phone at my surgery and he got me a MIAMI appointment within 15 minutes. The MIAMI doctor was helpful, supportive and has given me a way forward. What a great idea this is. I realise that GP's are stretched but this helps them and the patients. For patients it can be a worry when you think that it will be difficult to see a GP on the weekend. I hope the MIAMI Clinic can be expanded.
