I have been with the practice since 1970 and have always received prompt treatment.

My only comment to possible improvement would be a plan to extend the "10 min rule".
One does not feel a bit rushed, even though I have never really feel that the doctor was "looking at the clock".

I have been to doctors surgeries around UK, Australia, France and Switzerland bur the Medwyn Surgery has the best systems, communication and friendliest staff. Obviously a very well managed facility with a good team. Noving just moved to dorking I (sort fo) look forward to coming back.

This appointment excellent.
I can be very confusing understanding appointment system. No appointment on phone but plenty on internet or phone it is a worry.
