The service is very good, and they generally are within half an hour of the appointment time, usually within 10 minutes. The doctors are very good and helpful. The receptionists are very good, but sometimes the system of appointments means that you cannot get the time you want because it is reserved for people making an appointment online etc. so this is my only criticism of the surgery.

My only comment to possible improvement would be a plan to extend the "10 min rule". One does not feel a bit rushed, even though I have never really feel that the doctor was "looking at the clock".
