Ability to book on line.
(Frustrated that only two appointments can be made online.
In foil blood tests, nurses and doctors.

You should stop the process of only being able to book an appointments by ringing up at 0800. A computer is there to help staff - staff should use it - ergo make it more efficient for everyone instead of frustrating.
