Beeford surgery much more efficient than Leven. Level has long waiting times (often around an hour after appointment time) and reception staff are not very discrete! When 39 weeks pregnant with suspected pre-eclampsia I was told to "call back tomorrow"

Great, thoughtful staff, willing to go extra mile. Stuggle to get appointments occasionally, and takes time for referral to specialist.

Although I was the 9 am appointment it was still 10 mins behind time. Having said that, the nurse was skilled, quick and friendly. Blood taken without fuss or pain. Very good work. Although I was able to get an appointment to see a doctor very quickly, when he wanted me to have blood tests, it was very nearly a week before the first slot for the nurse. Is this really what the doctors want? I doubt it, which means it is a failure of management I suspect.
