Been with the practice for 35 years and have no complaints about the care I have received over that time. However of late it is more difficult to get an appointments on the day you want.

I am a diabetic and known to the surgery. Appointment was for 11am but had to wait because there was a long waiting list. Had a word with one of the receptionists to see if I could be seen. So my blood-sugar didn't get to low as it was nearing lunch time. The lady was very helpful.
