I hadn’t seen GP when filling in form so cannot say about- shared {} making. But I have always had a good service from GPS- have now been seen and very pleased.
Suggested improvements
I wish we could have face to face appointments- straight away as opposed to telephone but all round good service.

Doctors and all staff very approachable and helpful - really caring. Arranging appointments - good and when telephoning rather than wait a long time system to call you back much appreciated.
