Pleasant reception staff both on the telephone and at the desk.
Nurse practitioner incredibly efficient, professional and thorough (never seen one before - feel very confident to request app with her again). (Thursday 4th May). Need for revisit: May 10th-G.P
GP- Excellent - first time meeting very thorough. Pleasant, professional, very impressed.

Always have polite helpful reception staff. Always well treated by nurses and GP's. It is often very difficult to get an appointment; even emergency appointments are difficult to book. Worth waiting for tho'.
