Dr Cooper- good manner with patients caring approach, thorough. A fresh out look for the procedure. Improvements: waited 2 hrs to see a doctor for an ill 7 ear old. There doesn't seem to be a priority system. Perhaps a clinical to triage is required to ensure most in need are seen first. (111) never returned my call, disappointing service.
