I have been a patient at this practice for nearly 48 years and throughout all that time have been greatly impressed by the constantly high standards of everyone who is involved there. Obviously there have been staff changes with the passage of years, but the ethos of extreme care and involvement have been maintained by all concerned, both in the surgery and in the pharmacy. As I have grown older, so my needs have increased, but I have always met with great courtesy and concern, and a desire to help me with my problems. I have never felt like 'just another number on this morning's list', but like an individual who is known personally and about whom they care. I have the greatest respect and gratitude for all these wonderful people, all of whom provide a very difficult service for all their patients. Surely they must be one of the outstanding general practices in the NHS. Dorothy B Hailstone.
