I always seem to be given an appointment on requests; if not with my regular GP another number of the practice always has access to records and makes relevant recommendations for treatment and prescription and if necessary I have been referred to a specialist. I wish hospitals were as quick to respond with either initial or follow up appointment. Practice staff have been helpful when I've tried to make contact with hospitals or needed to reply to other agencies.
