Leacroft is as usefull as a morgue. It's impossible to get an appointment due to the surgery more concerned in reaching government targets that patient care. Technology today allows you book an airline flight days in advance but you can book an appointment to see a GP "because the system (booking software) doesn't work to make appointments in advance" is was informed by reception. And, they can only make appointments over the phone not in person (?????) Some of the GP are generally fine when you get a chance to see them, usually by which time you are better anyway! Some however, don't listen and are eager to get you out before you've even explained your symptoms. Whilst, I sympathise with the pressure surgeries face around the country, very little seems to be done in resolving this issue moving forward. It's all about numbers and very little in attending to patients.
