Firstly, I would really have liked to have had an opportunity for a 'pen and paper' approach to feedback - as it is often the case that, once you get home, you forget to respond. Having said that, after a year of this surgery being closed, and all that entails, I really do (unusually for me!) feel the need to take the time/feel the need to make an effort to respond. I would really hope that this message gets back to 'Lynn the nurse' who has, over the last few months, given me advice on HRT, taken smears that others couldn't manage, etc, etc. I would just like to give praise where it is due - Lynn is really down to earth, approachable, empathetic and makes me feel that I can be really honest with her.
