This is one of the worse places for people care. It's extremely difficult to get an appointment. They treat people like they don't have anything else to do but wait for a call back. They say to call for appointments between 8am - 12 or 1pm but then tell you all appointments go within the first 15min. I have also experienced being told that I would be call back by a doctor and waited from 8am to 6pm, before decided to chase it up. Only to be told that my child can not be seen today and I can take them Crawley hospital walk-in. When you do manage to get an appointment you turn up and the whole place is empty, when you sign yourself in you are told there 3-4 appointments in front of you and end up waiting 45min to an hour to be seen, I'm sure if you question this you would be given an excuse. Also I made an appointment to have injections and when I turned up was told they don't have any. This place was given a poor rating by the inspection done months back, but the staff and doctors said they was unable to provide the service they wanted, because of the building being damaged by weather and having to relocate to town centre. This was just an excuse to cover up the poor service and care they provide. They have now re-located back to Langley Green but there have been no improvements on care or service provided. The NHS really needs to look at this place as people that use this place are being put under mental stress of even getting appointment. The list of neglects would go on and on about this practice. This place has no care for its patients. Please do something about it !!!!!!

Response from Leacroft Medical Practice

Thank you for your comments. All of our staff make every effort to provide a high standard of care for our patients. We are currently reviewing our appointment booking system and working with our patient group to take on board the feedback. As well as face-to-face appointments we also offer a telephone triage service daily, where urgent matters can be prioritised and dealt with by our clinicians effectively. Please note that we have NOT yet been inspected by the CQC and will welcome their visit when arranged.
