Been trying to book an appointment for my husband in last two weeks by calling every morning and every afternoon... After 25min line busy, I was told there is no appointments left if it's urgent you need to go to walk in and every day same. So who is getting those appointments and how possible to book them if you also have to go to work? Receptionist lady so rude and not helpful, she is there just to send patients to walk in... Absolutely unacceptable service, ending up having self treatment and buying medicine online... Thanks for your help!
