I was unavoidably delayed getting to my appt but the receptionist and nurse I was there to see were both accommodating & absolutely excellent. A credit to the practice!!

Imparting their politeness, enthusiasm and helpfulness to other members of the practice. Some do appear to lack empathy & kindness.

Because I want them to improve on the appointment is very poor

Overall everything is very good the nases were very helpful but to get an appointment is almost zero you cannot get an appointment easily you can be online for hours and they don't get an appointment

I am new to this surgery, however, it appears to be very efficient. There were no long waits, And I entered the room for my appointment right on time. The nurse who administered the blood test and blood pressure test, was very polite, friendly, and professional.
