Making a telephone appointment with my doctor is very difficult But I am able to make a appointment with the nurse online It's just a shame that I can't use the service for doctor appointments especially when it's not urgent

Being able to use the online service for making none urgent appointments with my doctor Or being able to leave a message for none urgent queries

I called the surgery on Wednesday 7th august 2024 and got my appointment booked in 5 minutes after speaking to the lovely receptionist. My appointment was booked for Friday 15th of august and I was very happy to be accommodated so quickly. The doctor was extremely professional and discussed my issue with me with great clarity. Due to the nature of the appointment, the doctor asked if I wanted someone present in the room, which was reassuring.

I felt bad for the doctor as the room was quite hot, it was a comfortable temperature as a visitor. My partner coincidentally had an appointment on the earlier (9:00) on same day and saw a dead rat outside of the building, however, it was removed by the time I had my appointment (14:15)

88.Ut takes ever so long to manage to speak to someone

I was unavoidably delayed getting to my appt but the receptionist and nurse I was there to see were both accommodating & absolutely excellent. A credit to the practice!!

Imparting their politeness, enthusiasm and helpfulness to other members of the practice. Some do appear to lack empathy & kindness.
