I was advised to book an appointment with the doctor regarding a prostrate test. I find it strange that I have to leave the surgery and phone the following day to make an appointment

Yesterday was the first time in many years I had felt that the process was smooth. In the past I’ve been not called bank , on hold for long periods , felt rushed through. The doctor I saw yesterday was so helpful and made appointments for me with other doctors to ensure my issues are resolved.

Allow patients to book in advance. I am a teacher. Call backs never get to me , as I’m teaching. You could have an evening drop in surgery.

It's not always easy to get an appointment but that's understandable given how busy the surgery is.

I hope the government does better

The nurse was excellent, friendly and helpful

My last appointment was cancelled so had to rebook . That can be difficult as I work full time . Later appointments would be good

No problems

I struggle with the stairs sometimes so it would be good to be offered an option where I don’t have to climb them
