Monday morning but I got an appointment with no difficulty. There was a bit of a wait but I found out that one doctor was off sick. The GP I saw gave me her full attention and did not rush me, which helped me a lot as I get very anxious when seeing doctors or visiting hospitals. I have always found all staff to be very helpful. My frustration is that I often have to see a different doctor so it is difficult to build up a relationship or to feel some continuity of care. Not sure what constructive suggestion I can make to improve this but maybe it could be looked at by all staff to see if there is a way to make this happen. Thank you to everyone you do an excellent job.

I have been registered at this surgery since birth and my sisters, brother, mum and grandparents are all registered at the surgery. I am able to get an appointment when I need to with the doctor who knows me best. All of the doctors have been knowledgeable, kind and caring. The nurses are polite and friendly and fully involve you in your care. I can't praise the surgery enough even persuading my boyfriend to switch over. Thank you very much. You all do a brilliant job.
