Everything was good, helpful doctors . It is not easy to book an appointment , because phone line is always busy in the morning s. Booking through online for the same day appointment s would be better.

The nurses called me by christiam name. Very friendly they know me very well now as been member of this for long time. Very efficient and ask how I am keeping. Very informative as well. Great practice, best I have known.

Monday morning but I got an appointment with no difficulty. There was a bit of a wait but I found out that one doctor was off sick. The GP I saw gave me her full attention and did not rush me, which helped me a lot as I get very anxious when seeing doctors or visiting hospitals. I have always found all staff to be very helpful. My frustration is that I often have to see a different doctor so it is difficult to build up a relationship or to feel some continuity of care. Not sure what constructive suggestion I can make to improve this but maybe it could be looked at by all staff to see if there is a way to make this happen. Thank you to everyone you do an excellent job.
