Staff were friendly and smiled, which makes me feel welcomed.
Due to my severe latex allergy the staff know me and my needs well. They made sure that the room was prepares and made safe before I entered.
I felt relaxed and safe during my appointment. The nurse was very encouraging regarding my weight loss. :-)

I got all appointment with the Dr. I wanted to see on the day.
This took 15-20 mins of repeated calling.
This was surprising , as usually by the time you get through , all appointments have gone.
