The doctor appointment systems needs to be improved . I don't understand why I cannot put book!.

Everything was good, helpful doctors .
It is not easy to book an appointment , because phone line is always busy in the morning s. Booking through online for the same day appointment s would be better.

Staff were friendly and smiled, which makes me feel welcomed.
Due to my severe latex allergy the staff know me and my needs well. They made sure that the room was prepares and made safe before I entered.
I felt relaxed and safe during my appointment. The nurse was very encouraging regarding my weight loss. :-)
