Dr very understanding.
Could do with emergency appointment as when trying to get an appointment the same day is very hard as when rige at 8.00 can't get through and then all appointments gone.

I was given an appointment the next day (on a Saturday) - thank you.
Dr. Sefton was extremely helpful and although I only booked my appointment for one thing I was able to solve other issues as well.
All staff here are friendly and helpful in my experience, unlike my previous surgery.
