If all receptionists answered the phone like they this morning (Jo) It would be made very easy conversation/understanding.

Appointments significantly improved, being able to see my family doctor on request if available also improved.
Quality of care in relation to listening and explaining excellent.
Improvements.
It is wrong and unfair to have the receptionists give results. They are talking infront of patients in waiting room.
