At the time of 12-45 I picked up my repeat prescription today and was served by two excellent matured. Ladies with silver hair. These are the kind of people (ladies) you need.

My G.P is always helpful and interested. Does actually listen to my concerns. Has always been supportive and compassionate. - Very difficult to get any appointment other man by speaking directing to GP - seems to undermine system. - I only contact GP if absolutely necessary I do not want to explain my symptoms to an untrained medical receptionist who is speaking to me in open non confidential area. - Phone is constantly engaged when attempting to ring for appointments am. Not everyone able to call this hour.

The GP is extremely supportive and helpful. They listen to your complaint accordingly. But it is not easy to get and appointment on phone and when you eventually get they tell you its fully booked call next day. You can only get a quick appointment by coming to the surgery.

OK care, hard to get an appointment, you can never get through to make an appointment at 8.00 - till around 8.15 - 8.20.
