Dr. Caldwell is extremely understanding and made me feel at ease straight away. I felt listened to involved in my treatment plan. Dr. Caldwell explained everything in terms I would understand and I left feeling confident with the plan.

Nurse arrived at surgery at 9.05 when my appt was 9am which I thought was pretty poor considering patients can't be seen if they arrive late. That said, the nurse was amazing during my appt, friendly and caring, put me at ease and was helpful throughout.
