Doctor was very caring and listened to me.
Telephonist/receptionist was very compassionate when I called and was very upset.

Very difficult to get an appointment but the doctors are very caring. It is difficult to spend more than 10 mins as allocated time for each patient yet some of the doctors are very patient to listen to patients ideas.

Although it is rather difficult to get through on the phone, when you do, the receptionists are extremely kind and helpful and the doctors/nurses are very competent. I have been with this surgery for almost 50 years and would not change.

The doctors are all very attentive and genuinely concerned about their patients. The receptionists are friendly and help where they can.
