I always find Katrina the diabetic nurse very helpful and caring when I had a problem with my right knee I was referred to NGH and had a knee replacement in Feb 2015. I am seeing Dr Serton today and although I waited about 3 weeks to see him I feel confident with what he has to say.

The online appointment system would be great if there were enough GP appointments. Today there are just a few blood test appointments available; no Doctors at all. I would like to know why this is so. I need to book an appointment for next month for my review with my chosen GP and I haven't seen his name on the system for months.
This is the only concern that I have.
