Reception very helpful. Been with surgery for 24 years and always had problems with reception staff being obstructive and difficult. Been here 2 times in last 3 weeks and very helpful staff. Keep it up!

The information and advice Dr. Sefton gave me. What could be improved is booking an appointment and how long it takes to get one but today the receptionist was very helpful.
