This is a well run, patient focused practice. The medical team and the administrators are all helpful and committed to providing a good service. Particularly appreciate the ability to make appointments and request repeat medication on-line

Rude staff hard to get appointment poor service .no one cares if you complain

The information and advice Dr. Sefton gave me. What could be improved is booking an appointment and how long it takes to get one but today the receptionist was very helpful.
