The surgery is in need of redecoration it feels tired and not very clean. In the waiting area the radio was blasting which was not a nice experience when feeling unwell. Then consulting room was incredibly warm and had an unpleasant aroma and again it felt untidy and unclean. This is the first time I have visited the surgery in 44 years of attending and felt uncomfortable.

Unavailability of appointments. For non urgent appointments, timescales are over a week to be seen, IF they are not cancelled due to staff shortages.

Provide a service that can support people in full time work better.

After calling 111, I was referred to GP who told me to call 111, who told me to call GP who again told me to call 111. Took me various attempts and staff members to get some help

I am a full time carer, I have disabled children, and I work with vulnerable children, so I can't sit in a queue at 8am to get an appt. Allowances should be made in some circumstances.

It is not usually very easy to get an appointment But on this day I rang exactly at 8 am and managed to get 2 appointments one after the other with the same dr for me and my daughter

Was a pleasant trip to the dr got seen quickly and was medicated adequately thank you

Sometimes you have to wait a while if you want to see a particular Dr. Dr Le Maistre was excellent. He answered my queries and explained everything thoroughly. He also gave me follow up useful information.

A few more pre bookable appointments would be nice, but understand there is a lot of demands on the surgery .
