The excellent way I am treated by all the doctors and nurses. The only improvement would be making it easier to get a doctor or nurse appointment. But I appreciate that this isn't always possible.

Prompt response. Prompt appointment. Friendly and polite receptionist. Doctor listened to the problem and explained clearly. Was reassuring.

Today when I phoned to get an appointment I got through in 5 min but in school term it can be half an hr before I get through, dialing every min and getting myself and the kids ready for work/school which is a real chore. To minimize the no of times I come to the doctors I usually refrain from booking just for one issue, I usually have 2 or 3 issues to bring forth. This is better for me to tackle it all in one go as it avoids repeatedly having time off work as this is recorded and ultimately counts against me.

Entrance steps require attention. Extremely difficult access for anyone who has difficulty in walking of lifting their feet. (same steps for the last 70 years) appreciate you have a camp, but still a hard climb for people who don't use wheelchair. For an opinion your nurses are greatly overworked.
