Receptionist Jo can't do enough to help goes the extra mile unfortunately this can'r be said about all of them. Dr Laly and Dr Greening are exceptional, doctors completely approachable and understanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Dr Greening. Waiting times are sometimes is an issue especially when feeling poorly. Getting through to reception in the first place is a major problem.

The fact that I could get an interview on the same day that I came to the surgery, was really important as I have had doubts about my hernia belt or having an operation for some time. Friendly Dr Seton put my mind at rest and what I like about him, is that he does not try to hurry you as a lot of other doctors do (Although not in the practice) Thank you for the friendly receptionist.

All doctors and nurse are fab they have looked after my mum so well is like her other doctor she was at I am so glad of all you do for it was not for you she would not still be here. Thank you all so much from Hayley Rowley.
