Care very good but long time waiting to go in to see doctor appointment ran over 55 minutes from arrival until seen.

I'm always treated with respect and kindness.
I'm always kept informed and given lots of friendly advice.
I've always been happy at this surgery for 58 years as with my parents and grandparents before me. I wouldn't change a thing.

Jo Whitney (reception) provided outstanding service always, above and beyond call of duty. She's an exceptional receptionist and shines above all the other members of reception. Their patient care is amazing!

I came to see on of the nurses.
She was very pleasant and polite. She made me feel comfortable.
Maybe the room to be a bit warmer.

Very good doctor, helped my problem, receptionists with dark hair young very helpful best yet!!!
